Lilia Roman is from Mexico and has traveled extensively most of her life. She has been studying dance and body movement for over 20 years.
Lilia is RYT 500 and also holds a certificate in iRest Yoga Nidra, Chair Yoga, and Prenatal. She is now part of the Urban Zen Integrative Yoga Therapy Program and has studied Yoga for Scoliosis with Elise Miller. In addition, Lilia also studies Qi Gong, herbology, and Curanderismo. She teaches around the bay area, leading yoga sessions in English and Spanish.
