As the nights grow longer, let us turn inward to replenish and drink from the starlit well of our dreams. When people of color dream together, we nourish each other and change the world. Like our ancestors before us, we draw upon all our resources to protect and manifest what is precious and sacred. This dream group cultivates our healing path and spiritual growth, activating our highest selves.

We will work creatively with our own dreams and share dreams with one another, in weekly online meetings (on Zoom) and between meetings (on Slack). We will build our individual dream practices and develop our skills as a dreaming collective.

Our focus will be on group dreamwork, meditation practices to support dreaming, and using tarot for insight into our dreams. We will also enlist plant and gemstone allies, and practice lucid dreaming. Other topics may be added depending on group interest and time. Come shine the star of your inner wisdom. Let us dream together as a powerful constellation.

Technical requirements:

  • Internet connection sufficient to run Zoom
  • Device with large enough screen to see all group members (computer or large tablet recommended, phone not recommended)
  • Zoom & Slack (both have free user options). Slack is a communication and collaboration hub. Each dreamer will have their own channel where they can post dreams and get feedback from other dreamers in the group.
