This class offers the opportunity to discuss your dreams and learn mind and body
connection through, meditation, slow-movement exercises, and dream
awareness. These practices enhance your ability to observe the states of
consciousness as you enter the lower levels of awareness and eventually
connect with your Mixictli (Intuition). The Ancestors await your awakening and
will be there to support you. Destiny and creativity abound in those unseen levels
of awareness. All the preparation you need is the desire to take your dreams to
the next level and see what rolls out for you.
We will keep a daily journal of daydreams, night dreams; meditate daily (you
choose length of time), stretch, move gently and relax. A first step in going to
deeper levels is to learn to relax and connect with your deeper self. In class we
will discuss what “relaxation” means, how it feels and do practice sessions,
discuss our waking and sleeping dreams, and have fun taking action on
suggestions you receive in class and in your dreams.
Learn to recognize your ancestors, friends, acquaintances or family members in
your dreams and enjoy the process of navigating in other dimensions. Life is the
dream as the Ancestors believed; dreams are reality. We are never left alone in
discovering our Destiny.
Materials needed: Writing pad, warm blanket, yoga pad. You will need color
pencils and pads if you prefer to sketch your dreams or if you want to explore
other mediums of expression, select your utensils. The point is you set your
intentions; expect to be surprised. You will be tested, but by and large you’ll
enjoy the process and end up stepping from rainbow to rainbow expanding your
creativity and interests for the world’s benefit.
