Dreamwork as Spiritual and Healing Practice

Dreamwork as Spiritual and Healing Practice

8  Tuesday mornings, 10am-12:30pm

Sept 11 to Oct 30, 2018

As the nights grow longer, we gather to nourish our dream life with careful, loving attention. Now more than ever, we need all of our tools and abilities to protect and manifest what is precious and sacred. Dreams are generative; they empower us to heal ourselves individually and collectively and to activate our highest selves.
This weekly dream group cultivates our healing path and spiritual growth. Each week we will work creatively with our own dreams and share dreams with one another.  We will build our own dream practices and develop our skills as a dreaming collective.
Come water the seeds of your inner wisdom. Let us dream together in resistance.

  • Mindfulness & meditation
  • Altars & rituals

    • Thanks for your interest in our dreamwork class, Jazz. This class is full and we ask that everyone attends most, if not all, of the classes. We’re likely going to be offering this class again in the spring. Stay tuned!
