Sergio Magaña, respected healer, author and teacher of Mexica-Toltec traditions, will be returning to the Bay Area in March to teach two new classes. He is the author of Dawn of the Sixth Sun, The Return of Quetzalcoatl, The Toltec Secret, Dreaming Practices of the Ancient Mexicans and his newest book, Caves of Power.
We discovered Sergio’s work in 2015 and are thrilled to be hosting him again in the Bay. He is a dynamic and engaging teacher and his classes are packed with information.
In this workshop we discover an ancient Tol-Mexica technique which allows us to go deep into our ‘unconscious’ to transform & remove hidden, repetitive patterns that prevent us from expressing our full potential.
Using a combined process of rituals, powerful breathing techniques, meditative states and visualizations, we learn how to use the Obsidian Mirror (Tezcatlipoca) – the most powerful, sacred object used in the Toltec-Aztec tradition, as a portal to the unconscious mind.
This workshop explores these well-hidden rituals for manifestation as explained In the last chapter of his book Caves of Power. For the Ancient Mexicans, it was dreams that created events in the waking world. In this workshop, we explore rituals that belong to both the worlds of ‘ dreaming’ and ‘waking’ (Nahual / Tonal).
Both classes will be held in Berkeley, California.
