Rashee Rohatgi

Ayurveda, along with its sisters sciences of yoga and pranayama, has been my path to health vigor and well being for as long as I can remember. I set-up my very first amateur Ayurvedic kitchen over 20 years ago and have since studied Ayurvedic cooking with Dr. Vasant Lad at the Ayurvedic Institute in Albuquerque, New Mexico and at the Sivananda Yoga Farm in Grass Valley, California. I’m passionate about living the Ayurvedic way and love the opportunity to share that passion with fellow beings.
